We are a week into our new challenge over at the Craft Stamper Magazine Blog and have had some fabulous entries into our "Stamping" challenge.
I love this stamp set designed by Limor Webber for IndigoBlu it's called Plume. I've stamped it out using FlitterGlu and then used Peacock Feathers Megaflakes along with Peppermint Tea and Grandma's Teacup Cottage Garden paints to colour them.
After distressing the edge of the card I added more flake around the edge, to create a frame. Then to finish off and get rid of the white background, I watered down some more paint and splattered the background.
There are some fab words on this stamp plate and I thought the word "Create" was perfect to use with the plumes and ink bottle.
So get creating with your stamps and join in the challenge, as usual we have a fantastic prize up for grabs ;)

Dragons Dream TIO #195 - No 1
We have a new round of challenges starting today over at the Dragons Dream TIO and to get the ball rolling we would love to see the Number One on your tags, whether it's one of something or the actual No1 that's entirely up to you, just remember to include at least one real stamp on your tags and leave us a direct link back to your artwork, so we can pop over for a nosey :)
I love these Industrial Lamps designed by Limor Webber for IndigoBlu, they look fabulous used with Megaflakes and then stamped over with Archival black ink, very shabby!

Frosted Designs Challenge - Red, White and Blue
Our new challenge over at Frosted Designs which has been chosen by Lori is Red, White and Blue, along with something new and something old.
I don't do clean and simple cards very often, but loved the idea of having red and blue stars floating across a white space for this one. I used two new distress ink pads, festives berries and mermaid lagoon for the stars, and to finish off, a left over topper, that's been sat on the desk for a while, which was perfect.
As usual we have a fabulous sponsor, so get creating and join in the fun!
Happy 4th July to all my friends across the pond :)
