A passion for fashion!

This is the card I made for my Creating Rainbows swap partner this month, I know that she has received it so I am safe to share!
One of the job's I wanted to do "when I grew up" was to be a designer. I loved making my own clothes or adapting Mum's old stuff in some way, so when I saw the creative expressions vintage sewing plate, well say no more!
The glamour girl is one clarity's and coloured in with pro markers. The button border and sentiment are embossed in black, and the mannequins are stamped in memento tuxedo black ink. I embossed the safety pins in silver, and then cut around the glamour girl with ye old faithful pinking shears!

Wow Elizabeth, I saw this stamp on C+C, I love what you have done with it. Your steady hand is in evidence again. I can't cut a straight line without the use of a paper trimmer, your pinked edge is perfect

No wonder your swap partner was pleased with her card Elizabeth, this is just lovely. I like the way you have used those stamps for the background and the clarity stamp is perfect. Then you top it all off by using such fab colours, one lucky person to get this one.
