This month with Eileen Hull Designs we are returning to unfinished projects or UFO's as we sometimes call them. Now I hold my hands up and confess that I do have ahem...... several of these and as I've confessed in the past this is the year that I'm trying my best to use them up.

So this is a Pocket Notebook cut out from Matboard that has been sat next to my Sizzix Dies for ages (ok along with a couple more). It's the perfect size for a smaller project and using up bits and pieces.

I covered the outside in a leftover paper from Katie Pertiet's Hidden Creek Collection. Then I went though my box of Eileens stamps. I pulled out two of my favourite sets Snail Mail Inspiration and Buttons, Cards & more. I used a mixture of stamps on the outer cover of the Pocketbook using Black Versafine and Peeled Paint Distress Ink.

On the inner cover I stencelled Peeled Paint Distress ink though one of the Patterned Plate stencils, and blended ink around the edges. I also blended a little of the ink around the uoter cover too.

Next I grabbed scraps of paper from the Hidden Creek pack and also some left over pieces of Kraft Card. These were perfect for stamping out a few Library Cards and also Tickets. A little fussy cutting and these were embellishments ready to be added to the concertina journal pages I'd made from a 12" x 5" strip of patterned paper again from the Hidden Creek collection. This was adhered to the back page with a strip of cotton ribbon behind it to act as a fastener.

I added a few of the Laser Cut embellishments that co-ordinate with the papers and voila........at long lasst I have a completed project.
