Vintage Notecase and Journaling Cards

 

This week I'm sharing another project created with Eileen's new Chapter Two dies, Kaisercraft papers and hand dyed Sari Silk.

I've used the new Card Case and also the Journaling Card, Envelope and Window Dies.

I added the pockets to the inside to create a space for a notebook and pencil and also spare journaling cards ready to go in other projects.

All of the edges were treated to a brushing of the gorgeous Gold Luster Wax from Sizzix. I love that wax and it smells gorgeous too.

This design could be used to house all kinds of goodies from stationery to sweet treats. I'd be happy with either!

I added washi stamps throughout my projects as they blended in perfectly with the Kaisercraft paper collection.

Craft Stamper Magazines Take It Make It January Challenge

There are beautiful vintage style papers with soft colours, postmarks, typewriters, telephones and one of my all time favourites, the leather look paper.  It's perfect for making a journal cover, and as you know I am obsessed with books!
