I am liking these Chapel Road Artstamps, created an inky background with big and juicy foliage ink on Clarity cardstock.
Then used memento black to stamp out the dragonflies, and also the sentiment from another set of Chapel Road stamps.
Made sure the ink was dry and then took out some of the ink from the dragonflies wings, with a fine paintbrush and water.
Used the off cuts to make a ribbon across the card. I like the rich colour of this one.
The card on the right is made by using the same stamps and inks, but was stamped out onto 160gsm text and graphic paper, which the ink likes to sink into, hence giving it a more faded look. Quite like but prefer the richness of colour in the first card.

Elizabeth these stamps are exquisite as is what you have accomplished with them.

Your cards have very interesting effects. It is always surprising to me the different results you get with different types of paper. Nothing like a good experiment! Images are lovely.

It is good to experiment Elizabeth, two different effects and like you I prefer your first one.
Not heard of Chapel Road Artstamps though

They are both lovely Elizabeth and it's good to see the different results using the same inks and alternative surfaces.

Love the lovely rich colours, especially on the first one, but both are stunning.
