The Potato - Take It Make It at the Craft Stamper Magazine!!!

The rest of the DT and I have had great fun with the new Craft Stamper's Take It Make It Challenge which launches today.
The lovely Helen Chilton thought it would be a great idea to make stamps from, yep, the good old potato!!
So after the giggles and comments of "not done that since school" had finished, I think I can say we all had a fab time making stamps!
My first idea was to make a honeycomb and have bumble bee's on it, funny how plan's evolve isn't it?
My potato background was stamped out using acrylic paints and then spritzed with Dylusions. The edges were inked with Distress Ink and the Sheena stamp was heat embossed with black powder.
Follow the link to the Craft Stamper blog and check out the prints made by my fellow team mates. If you need further inspiration, check out the new magazine which is available in WH Smith's and all good craft shops today! And finally come and share your potato projects with us at the Craft Stamper Blog where we have some fab goodies up for grabs, as well as a chance of being published in a future magazine!!!
Good Luck

Just having a scroll around to see what you've been up to (sorry to have missed so much - crazy dollshouse mania - posts soon will reveal all)... and had to stop here. One of my favourite colour combinations AND meadow grasses ... this is just lovely! Love the shaded effect in your potato honeycombs - beautiful!
