I've used the Music Score stamp from IndigoBlu along with their Merry Christmas Dinky stamp, which is great as it fits perfectly in a circle die, therefore no cutting out!
The Holly is a Marianne Die which is permanently on my desk at the moment, with just a few red gems added for the berries.

Great tag, Elizabeth! The holly looks so festive and pretty and I love the sentiment in the circle. I've always wanted a circle punch and I've never been able to find one of the right size! Isn't that strange?
