TIO #139 Pink, Fabric and a Face

Well it's my turn over at Dragons Dream TIO Challenge blog, and as I'm in such a "Girlie" kind of mood at the moment I'd love to see Pink, Fabric and a Face on your tags.
Well I think you know by now that I like to start off with a white tag lol, and play, so out with the worn lipstick and black soot distress inks. The stamp is from Stamp Camp who come over to Port Sunlight every year, and have some amazing stamps.  I made the Lady a Facinater out of some Kanban Netting and dies from Cherry Lyn and Marianne. The smaller tag at the bottom is a previous TIO tag, copied, shrunk and printed off as an embelishment.
Hope to see you over at the TIO blog click the link on my sidebar to get there, just please remember to include at least one real stamp on your tag.
Sooooooo glad the blogger problems have been sorted out now, I just have some catching up to do!

Rainbow Lady's Challenge 197 House and Home

This week over at Rainbow Lady's Challenge we would love to see you projects relating to "House and Home". The little bird houses are the first thing you see when you walk through my front door, and I love them! The houses and the chipboard birds were from Crafty Individuals, painted with Eco Paint and then the birds were stamped over with dictionary meanings from Stamp Camp, all with crafty meanings. The whole thing is balanced using twigs from the Ash tree at the top of my garden. I hope you enjoy this weeks challenge and pop over to join us using the logo on my sidebar to take you there. TIO Fabricate and use words!

Here's my offering for this weeks TIO Challenge Fabricate and use words.
The tag is inked up in a mixture of antique linen, wild honey, brushed corduroy and black soot distress inks. I found a box of bits left over from a HOTP TSV many moons ago, and inside was the printed twill along with a small sheet a mica. Gave the twill a hint of colour with antique linen pad, and added the mica to the bottom corners of the tag using crafters companion stick and spray.
The stamp is one I bought a few years back at Port Sunlight from Stamp Camp, and was stamped out in black soot distress ink. Can you tell I'm ready for summer and the beach! Elizabeth xx

Have enjoyed playing with a mixture of inkadinks, promarkers and distress inks to colour this tag.
The stamps are an eclectic mix of HOTP, Stamp Camp and numerous others, sorry folks the wrappers are long gone and they live in a box now!
Hope you like.

Gothic Arches Challenge - Jester

Sorry the whole Jester thing had me laughing from the start!!
Started off by printing off the baby image then trimming in to an arch shape. Tinted with faded jeans, antique linen and shabby shutters distress ink. Added Fairies from Lavinia Stamps with memento tuxedo black ink, and a fab sentiment from Stamp Camp (USA) bought at Port Sunlight last weekend. Made the Jester hat myself, and ok I confess I am that Baby hehe xxx

Rainbow Ladies Challenge 122 Around the World

With Rainbow Ladies challenge this week being "Around the World" I thought I would Christen one of my new stamps from Stamp Camp.
Venice is somewhre I would love to visit hence the stamped quote!
The scene was stamped out using Memento Tuxedo black ink then coloured in using Lyra polycolour pencils. The edge of the image has been given an aged look using brushed corduroy distress ink.
The stamps, passport and backing paper are out of one the HOTP Artsy collage books. Again the edge of the backing paper has been aged with the brushed corduroy distress ink.
